1. Your Privacy Protection

• Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Ad-fest.com doesn't use tracking devices for marketing purposes. The ad-fest.com cookies enable you to use the website better and safer, and to protect your account.
• You will not receive unsolicited communications for marketing purposes.
• Your email is not subject to 3rd party email spiders & spam.
• The board uses basic webserver authentication, so close your browser to log out.
• Information from persons under the age of 18 is collected unknowingly. Though, if a posting by a person under the age of 18 is found, the posting is removed.
• Ad-fest.com, or people who post on craigslist, may provide links to third party websites, which may have different privacy policies. Ad-fest.com is not responsible for, nor have any control over, the privacy policies of those third party websites, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.

2. Collected Data

• Ad-fest.com collects your email address, for sending self-publishing and confirmation emails, responses to your ads, authenticating user accounts, providing subscription email services, board registration, etc.
• Ad-fest.com does not store credit card information, as all the payments are made securely, via PayPal.
• Personal information may also be collected if you provide it in feedback or comments, post it on Ad-fest Classifieds of Ad-fest Board, or if you contact the Ad-fest.com staff directly. Please do not post any personal information on Ad-fest Classifieds of Ad-fest Board, if you intend to keep private.
• The web logs collected contain standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. The web logs help our sraff to diagnose sever problems, to administer the Ad-fest website, and to provide you with proper service.

3. Stored Data

• Unless otherwise requested (through an extended ad purchase), all the Ad-fest Classifieds and Board postings are stored in the database, only for a limited period of time, so that the Ad-fest website won't exceed it's server capacity. After periodic autonatic "deletion," this data is not stored anywhere else, by the Ad-fest staff, or at least, not to our knowledge.
• Ad-fest.com web logs and other records are not stored indefinitely.
• The registered users can access and update their account information through the link provided in the welcome email, so save this. In case you loose the welcome email, you will need to open a new account or to contact the Ad-fest staff for support.
• Although the Ad-fest staff makes good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment, not available to the public, due to the risks factors on the internet, complete security cannot be garanteed.

4. Archiving and display of Ad-fest postings by search engines and other sites

Search engines and other sites not affiliated or in partnership with Ad-fest.com may archive or make available Ad-fest postings, on their pages.

5. Release Of Information

• Ad-fest.com may disclose information about its users if required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary, to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary either to enforce the Ad-fest Terms of Use, or to respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third-parties, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Ad-fest.com, its users or the general public.

6. International Users

By visiting the Ad-fest.com web site and providing us your information, you acknowledge and agree that due to the international dimension of Ad-fest.com, your data is collected in the course of our relationship for the purposes identified in this policy, or in any other communications with you, including the transmission of information outside your resident jurisdiction. This data is stored on servers located in the United States, so, by providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of such data.
